  • Where are you based and do you travel for weddings?
    Mohr is headquartered in Mumbai, and yes, we travel. Whether you’re dreaming of a fort wedding in Rajasthan, a beach bash in Goa, or a palace celebration in Jaipur, we cover every corner of India. Looking for an overseas destination wedding planner from India? We can handle that too.
  • We’ve already hired some vendors. Can you still step in and work with them?
    Absolutely. We’re happy to sync with your existing photographer, caterer, or décor team, fill any gaps, and keep everything running smoothly.
  • How far in advance should we book you?
    Nine to twelve months is ideal for a large destination wedding. Six months works for smaller guest lists. If our calendar is open, we’ll even tackle shorter timelines. We only take on two weddings a month, so you always get our full attention.
  • What’s the starting budget you usually work with?
    We don’t set a minimum spend and we don’t sell pre-set packages. We listen to what you want - guest size, location, décor plans and then build a realistic estimate. That way you’re paying for a crafted wedding, not a one-size-fits-all bundle.
  • How do your fees work - flat rate, percentage, something else?
    Simple flat planning fee. No hidden mark-ups.
  • How do you communicate with us during the planning process?
    You’ll get a shared planning dashboard, scheduled video calls every couple of weeks, and a WhatsApp group for instant questions. That way, everyone stays on the same page.
  • What’s the difference between wedding planners, event managers, and wedding designers?
    - Wedding planner – handles the full process: budgeting, timelines, vendor sourcing, logistics, guest experience, and crisis management. - Event manager – runs the show on the day: vendor check-ins, timeline execution, troubleshooting. - Wedding designer – focuses on style: layouts, colour palette, florals, lighting, and overall wedding décor. Mohr blends all three - planning, on-the-day coordination, and thoughtful design. So your wedding runs smoothly, looks great, and feels unmistakably yours.
